Our Process

We have an expanding database of candidates with various segments of industry at various levels. Fully computerized search procedures (part of our end to end computerization of our recruitment process) ensure optimum utilization of resources and data of candidates available with us. This database is used by our Consultants to resourcefully scrutinize resumes and meet candidates before presenting candidates to the client for interviews. If need be, we also advertise through leading newspapers (with support from the client) or go head hunting to ensure sourcing of the right candidates.
